What made you choose Arm?

I chose Arm because I believe this is the best company for me. If I didn’t believe this, I wouldn’t be here. What Arm offers is really remarkable, I get to make a difference in my field, while being part of a company that takes care of me, with great holiday packages and other benefits. It’s enjoyable as we meet people from all directions who you can have really good discussions with, and we get to understand their culture as we are collaborating across the globe.

If you're seeking a workplace that combines personal and professional fulfillment, join us, and embark on an incredible journey of growth and achievement.

What makes Arm the ideal place to work and grow?

We at Arm put a lot of effort into finding the right people, spending time interviewing and communicating to ensure everyone feels like a part of our community. We are never looking for someone to fill in the gaps, but rather someone who will exceed all expectations. Teams are put together on the basis that we can all learn something from each other and teach each other, and it is that idea of networking that provides the best work and the best career growth.

How would you best describe the work culture at Arm?

It’s very much people-centric, of course we have the data and the prototypes, but Arm’s main priority is its employees. They nurture us with training and programs that allow us to develop. Everyone’s ideas are acknowledged, and we are always working towards building and learning from each other. This is something that is so essential in this industry, and it is something that I find very special within Arm.
