Located in the heart of the city, our Sheffield office is home to over 160 employees who work across various departments, making it a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Office Spaces 

Our contemporary office has advanced facilities, such as cooperative meeting rooms, individual workspaces, and rest areas. While our office space is open plan designed to foster teamwork, we understand the importance of privacy. Private spaces and meeting rooms are readily available on all our floors, ensuring that every employee can find the right balance between open collaboration and focused individual work. The kitchen area also serves as a social space where employees can chat over coffee, enjoy fruits, breakfast mornings have fun with foosball, pool, computer games, board games or relax on cozy sofas. 

Departments in the Office 

The Sheffield office is home to a range of Arm departments, such as Central Engineer, Architecture and Technology and Finance. This diverse set of teams create a rich environment of different skills and expertise, making the office an exciting place to work and learn.

People and collaboration are at the heart of our office culture. At Arm, we value team activities that foster strong relationships among co-workers, such as team lunches, workshops, and community outreach programs. We think that a team that is connected and engaged is essential for innovation. Our Sheffield office is not only a place for work; we also have fun with foosball, pool, tennis, gaming, board games championships, Lunar Year parties, Diwali / Halloween Parties, Social Thursdays and much more. Office Location and Local Spaces 

Located in the centre of Sheffield, our office has a great location with easy access to main public transportation stations, making it simple to travel for everyone.  

We’re quite centrally located, so most people go out for something to eat at lunchtime – there’s a good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby. Sheffield’s Botanical Gardens and Weston Park are nearby, and very nice for a walk. The area around Kelham Island is interesting – it was once the beating heart of Sheffield’s industry, but it’s gradually been regenerated with museums, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
