Could you share about your journey into the tech world? How did you first become interested in technology?
My journey into tech started at a young age. My father gave me an old radio, and I couldn't resist taking it apart and tinkering with it. That early experience sparked my interest in electronics, then I pursued this passion further at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
What are your career aspirations, and what do you hope to achieve or experience in your professional journey?
My long-term goal is to become a team leader within my department at Arm. I aspire to bring teams together while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day work. I'm passionate about tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.

When I started at Arm, I was amazed by the wealth of opportunities for learning and growth. There's so much to learn here that I don't think a single lifetime would suffice.
Arm provides online trainings, and I also frequently reach out to different people and teams within the company to learn from their expertise. It's a highly collaborative environment that support personal development.

Arm's culture and community are exceptional. It's the best I've encountered in my career. Everyone at Arm is approachable, and there's a strong sense of inclusivity.
