The Hiring Process

Our hiring process is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. The steps may differ slightly depending on where you are applying, but once you submit your application, one of our recruiters will explain the process and support you throughout.

Support

We want you to be set up for success from the start. If you have any questions about the process or need support at any stage, your recruiter is here to help. Be open, ask boldly, and own your journey.

Initial Interview

This will be a virtual interview focused on your motivations, how you think, and how you approach problem-solving. It’s your chance to show how you move at pace, challenge skilfully, and bring energy to the work that matters. We want to understand how you take ownership and navigate ambiguity to get results.

Final Interview

You’ll meet potential teammates and leaders who work together to deliver as One Arm. We want to see how you build connections, contribute to extraordinary teams, and keep pushing boundaries. It’s also your opportunity to explore how your mindset aligns with ours, seeing where purpose, impact, and resilience combine.
