What will I work on?

Every internship is different. One intern might work on AI software, while another contributes to hardware design that powers cloud infrastructure.

Whatever your role, you'll work on meaningful projects, helping build technology that has never been built before. It's why 95% of interns say they developed their skills at Arm.

What support will I receive?

Your manager, team and fellow interns will support you throughout your internship.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), networking opportunities and intern events, like National Intern Day gives you opportunities to learn, grow and experience Arm beyond your immediate team.

The Hiring Process

Our hiring process is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. The steps may differ slightly depending on where you are applying, but once you submit your application, one of our recruiters will explain the process and support you throughout.

Initial Interview

This will be a virtual interview focused on your motivations, how you think, and how you approach problem-solving. It’s your chance to show how you move at pace, challenge skilfully, and bring energy to the work that matters. We want to understand how you take ownership and navigate ambiguity to get results.

Final Interview

You’ll meet potential teammates and leaders who work together to deliver as One Arm. We want to see how you build connections, contribute to extraordinary teams, and keep pushing boundaries. It’s also your opportunity to explore how your mindset aligns with ours, seeing where purpose, impact, and resilience combine.
