Why did you choose to join Arm?

I found out about Arm on LinkedIn, and it seemed to have unique roles that offered an exciting change to what I was used to. The community feel at Arm and their collaboration globally was a big selling point for internships.

What were your first impressions of Arm?

It has all been very impressive. When I first joined, everyone was so helpful and really pointed me in the right direction. New ideas are constantly flowing through the teams. I just felt as though I could and can still talk to anyone about anything. The Cambridge office is amazing as well! The workspaces are unlike anything I’ve seen, and the food selection caters to vegetarians which is a bonus.

How does it feel to contribute to the development of such cutting-edge technology?

As an intern, I feel as though you build such a level of trust with your team and it has been non-stop learning, either through work or through training courses. I’ve only worked at ARM for a number of months and already my work can be seen on the ARM website which is really exciting. Whenever I think about my future now, Arm is very much in that picture.
