Office Culture

Bristol is already developing its own individual office culture. Our team has an interest in health, sports &fitness, with a running club once a week and fruit for the office throughout the week. Our small but growing team has a real social feel, coming together for regular lunches at the local food markets, as well as social and fundraising events such as bake sales & charity quizzes. There is already a real feel of team spirit, with the two teams (CPU & Systems) competing in regular matches on the foosball table. The Bristol office has a keen interest in giving back to the community, we have already signed up for and are fundraising for the Bristol Half Marathon in support of BRACE Dementia Research, and the Bristol Dragon Boat race, in support of Penny Brohn.

Our Bristol office works under the hybrid working pattern, with staff coming in at least twice a week with flexible start times. Lots of the team are in most days, however the office comes alive on Wednesday’s which is both Systems & CPU’s ‘team day’.

Being a brand-new office, having officially opened January 2024, our office has a real new feel about it, with lots of our staff joining Bristol as new starters at Arm. This makes it an exciting time to join the office whilst we develop our culture and grow as a team.”
