Job Description
We’re looking for a Staff Verification Engineer to contribute to the development of Arm’s next-generation AI/ML hardware!
This role focuses on neural network accelerators used across mobile, automotive, and data centre platforms. It combines hands-on verification work with technical leadership across key areas of the design.
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll lead significant verification activities or workstreams, contribute to methodology and planning, and collaborate with teams across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead verification of IP blocks or subsystems within AI/ML designs
- Own verification workstreams from planning through coverage closure
- Contribute to verification strategy and methodology
- Develop scalable verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM
- Apply constrained-random techniques and coverage analysis to ensure design quality
- Debug complex issues and support efficient resolution
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across global teams
Required Skills and Experience

- Experience with RTL verification
- Strong SystemVerilog and UVM knowledge
- Experience working on complex verification environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of verification methodologies and coverage
- Software fundamentals (e.g. object-oriented design, scripting)
- Effective collaboration across teams
