Job Overview:


We are seeking a Strategic Alliances Lead to drive partnerships across the AI software 
stack in China, ensuring AI frameworks, models, and applications are optimized and 
ready on Day 1 of new Arm hardware launches. In this role, you will drive engagement 
with independent software vendors (ISVs), AI framework developers, technology 
partners, and internal teams to create a seamless ecosystem that enhances 
performance, compatibility, and adoption of AI workloads on Arm-based platforms in 
China.


Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement partnership strategies with AI ISVs, framework 
developers, and software ecosystem players in China to ensure AI software is 
optimized for Arm hardware.
• Drive partner recruitment efforts, identifying and engaging strategic software 
partners in the AI domain, with a focus on the unique needs of the China AI 
ecosystem.
• Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and developer 
relations to facilitate technical enablement and readiness efforts for AI 
workloads in China.
• Define and measure the success of AI strategic alliance efforts and identify areas 
for improvement.
• Manage relationships with AI software companies in China, building mutual 
alignment and successful execution of co-engineering projects.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with partners, including joint announcements, 
marketing initiatives, and developer outreach, ensuring end-to-end ownership of 
the partnership process in China.


Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in business development, alliances, or partner management 
within the AI, software, or semiconductor industry in China.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks, model optimization, and hardware software interactions, with specific knowledge of the China AI market.
• Familiarity with Arm architectures and their advantages for AI performance and 
efficiency, particularly within the China ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to engage 
technical and non-technical stakeholders in China.
• Ability to analyze market trends and influence strategic decisions based on AI 
software readiness needs specific to China.
• Experience working with AI ISVs, open-source communities, or AI software 
ecosystem enablement initiatives in China.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in 
a fast-paced environment.


“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
• Experience in AI software development or technical marketing within China.
• Background in cloud AI, mobile AI, or embedded AI ecosystems, with knowledge 
of leading Chinese AI players and platforms.
• Previous experience working with hardware vendors to drive AI software 
adoption in China.
