· Support secure, responsible, and privacy-conscious handling of workforce and organisational data

· Contribute to data modeling, governance, and engineering best practices across the data platform

· Work closely with analytics, AI-focused teams, and the Data Operations team to enable trusted and accessible data products and intelligent workflows

· Contribute to the ongoing evolution of scalable, AI-ready data capabilities across the organisation

Required Skills and Experience:

· Experience in data engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical area

· Strong SQL capability and practical experience with Python or another relevant programming language

· Experience building and maintaining ETL or ELT pipelines in production environments

· Understanding of data modeling, transformation logic, and data quality practices

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

· Curiosity, learning agility, adaptability, and a genuine interest in solving meaningful problems through technology

“Nice to Have” Skills and Experience:

· Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar technologies

· Familiarity with orchestration and workflow tooling such as Airflow or Dagster

· Exposure to workflow automation technologies or event-driven architectures

· Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics workloads

· Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, or lineage tooling

· Experience working in high-scale technology or engineering-led environments

In Return:

· The opportunity to work on meaningful data, AI, and automation challenges within one of the world’s leading technology companies

· Exposure to modern cloud-based data and AI platforms, including Databricks

· The chance to contribute to AI-supported workforce and organisational decision-making at scale

· Ongoing mentoring, technical development, and connection to Arm’s wider data engineering community

· A collaborative and supportive environment focused on growth, learning, and continuous improvement
