As a Workplace Coordinator, you will lead the daily operations of your site, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and with a high standard of hospitality. You will partner with local and regional leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing vendors, budgets, and workplace programs end to end. The Arm Seattle office will open soon and is expected to grow over time. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is energized by the opportunity to launch and develop a new site.
Workplace Operations and Experience
- Lead daily site operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace that reflects Arm’s culture.
- Act as the local "face of Workplace" for employees, guests, and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and functionality standards across all office, lab, and social spaces.
- Deliver a high level of hospitality, anticipating needs and creating a welcoming employee experience.
- Support and coordinate onsite events, meetings, and cultural initiatives.
- Support space / occupancy planning activities across the North America region.
Vendor and Supplier Management
- Oversee service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance, security, etc.) to ensure quality and SLA compliance.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and spend tracking.
- Partner with procurement and regional leaders on supplier renewals, RFPs, and performance reviews.
Financial and Administrative Oversight
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain tracking of invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Create and update presentations, reports, and playbooks for local and regional workplace initiatives.
- Manage workplace ticketing systems, ensuring requests are resolved promptly and communicated clearly.
Facilities Management, Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and small projects to ensure reliable building systems and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and partner with landlords and vendors to resolve issues proactively. Ensure compliance with Arm policies and local EHS, building, and accessibility regulations.
- Maintain first aid and emergency response readiness (training provided).
- Partner with Security to ensure access control, safety procedures, and emergency preparedness are maintained.
Stakeholder and Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with local leaders, HR, IT, and other partners to support business needs.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics for a seamless welcome experience.
- Support employee engagement events and local culture initiatives.
- Gather feedback and share insights to continuously improve the workplace experience.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or office management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple service providers and vendors.
- Strong Space / Occupancy planning skills and experience
- Experience supporting or managing a site budget, with strong financial and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with employees and senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and workplace systems (ticketing, purchasing, or space planning tools).
- Proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Experience in a technology or R&D workplace.
- Background in hospitality, events, or corporate services.
- Experience using desktop publishing tools such as Canva.
- AutoCAD experience and workplace design.
- Knowledge of, or experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or energy-efficient workplace practices.

Salary Range:
$71,800-$97,200 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
