Job Overview:
Arm is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Data Center Post-Silicon to lead Solution Engineering (SE) post-silicon validation execution for data center SoC programs. This role applies thorough program management experience to ensure SE-owned post-silicon activities are well planned, accurately tracked, cost-controlled, and meet defined exit criteria from Tape-Out through readiness for productization.
The role partners closely with Validation, Design, Systems, Software, and Manufacturing teams, as well as peer TPMs, to provide execution structure, coordination, and visibility across post-silicon efforts. The focus is on driving alignment between pre-silicon expectations and post-silicon results to ensure the SoC meets quality, performance, and readiness requirements before downstream handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead program management for Solution Engineering post-silicon validation planning and execution on data center SoC programs
- Partner with Validation teams to build, maintain, and manage the post-silicon execution plan from Tape-Out through readiness for productization
- Track validation activities, dependencies, achievements, risks, and critical paths within SE scope
- Serve as the central coordination point for SE post-silicon activities across ASIC design, silicon validation, systems, software, platform, and manufacturing teams
- Ensure alignment between pre-silicon expectations and post-silicon results, including functional stability, performance, and power behavior
- Collaborate with pre-silicon, silicon, software, and systems TPMs to align assumptions, surface gaps, and drive convergence between models and silicon behavior
- Organize and facilitate post-silicon execution reviews, validation syncs, and triage discussions with clear ownership and follow-up
- Coordinate silicon, hardware, and sample readiness tracking in support of validation schedules
- Define, track, and enforce clear post-silicon exit criteria for SE scope to support downstream handoff
- Track post-silicon metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Manage post-silicon cost tracking and highlight budget risks or variances early
- Prepare structured status reports, risk summaries, and readiness updates for engineering and program leadership
- Ensure post-silicon issues, gaps, and takeaways are documented and carried forward into productization
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expert-level technical program management experience, including ownership of complex schedules, dependency management, risk tracking, cost control, and execution reporting
- Formal project or program management training or certification (e.g., PMP)
- Strong experience using program management and planning tools such as Microsoft Project, execution trackers, and dashboards
- Experience supporting post-silicon validation execution for complex SoCs
- Solid understanding of post-silicon validation flows, achievements, and readiness expectations
- Working knowledge of pre- versus post-silicon correlation across functional, performance, and power domains
- Ability to work credibly with Validation, Design, Systems, and Software teams to manage execution, risks, and exit criteria
- Strong cross-functional coordination and partner management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear execution visibility and drive accountability
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, execution-focused environments
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience supporting data center or server-class SoC programs
- Experience working across silicon, hardware, software, and platform validation teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing readiness and silicon sample flows
- Experience defining and tracking post-silicon metrics and readiness indicators at scale
