About The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) Strategic Sourcing, to join our global supply chain team. This role requires developing and driving sourcing strategies for assembly and test services that ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, quality, and performance for our semiconductor products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams, as well as externally with key OSAT partners across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead global sourcing strategies for OSAT services to support NPI (New Product Introduction) and high-volume production.

  • Evaluate, select, and lead OSAT partners to ensure alignment with quality, cost, delivery, and technology roadmaps.

  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership assessments to drive sourcing decisions.

  • Negotiate MSAs, pricing, and service-level agreements with OSAT suppliers.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to align supply chain capabilities with product requirements.

  • Monitor supplier performance through regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), audits, and scorecards.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity, geopolitical impact, or quality performance.

  • Maintain awareness of market trends, capacity outlooks, and industry benchmarks in the OSAT ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain management, with a strong focus on OSAT sourcing or operations.

  • Deep knowledge of OSAT processes, technologies, and market dynamics.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract leadership skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple global suppliers and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience with cost modeling and supplier financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fabless semiconductor company.
  • Knowledge of APAC OSAT landscape and supplier ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of geopolitical environment, macroeconomic situations and global semiconductor trade policies.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence tools, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.

Salary Range:

$180,600-$244,400 per year
