About the Role
We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide ambitious results collaboratively. As the sole developer in the team, you’ll collaborate with multiple data groups at Arm, creating automation workflows, APIs, and applications that connect datasets with ML models — including innovative chat-to-data solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop applications that integrate data pipelines, ML models, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build APIs and automation workflows using Databricks and related tools.
- Apply Process Mining methods to uncover quality and risk insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Agile methods, Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering background with experience across front-end and back-end.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and database design.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, ML workflows).
- Understanding of Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
- Ability to work independently and own delivery from design to deployment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with chat-to-data or conversational AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics in product quality or risk contexts.
What’s in it for you?
- The chance to pioneer AI infrastructure for quality at Arm.
- End-to-end ownership with visible business impact.
- Collaboration with leading experts in ML and data.
- A fixed-term contract with competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work culture.
- We are committed to inclusion and provide reasonable accommodations to support all applicants.
