This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, align teams, and ensure operational excellence across projects that craft Arm’s future. If you’re motivated by business complexity, and ready to make a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver as ‘One Arm’ – Lead projects for all Finance teams alongside the Integration Management Office (IMO), Corporate Development, Legal, Technology, People/HR and Business Management.
- Own it – Lead projects from early scoping through to post-launch success, adapting approaches to fit the projects strategic intent.
- Be decisive in ambiguity – Bring clarity and focus to evolving business needs and strategic shifts. We value calculated risk taking.
- Move at pace and find a way – Operate with urgency and agility, navigating uncertainty with confidence, creativity and a solutions based approach.
- Root out inefficiencies – Identify blockers and enable rapid progress through pragmatic, focused delivery using an ‘Action, Owner, Timeline’ structure.
- Relentlessly push boundaries – Evolve delivery models and tools to better support Arm’s pace and ambition. Root out indecision quickly.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects, ideally with business or operational exposure beyond Finance.
- Strong ability to influence and align senior collaborators across business, Finance, and Technology.
- Proven experience in shaping new programs and leading delivery through change and complexity.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and their integration in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in project frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, or MS Project.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Background in enterprise enablement, M&A integration, or strategic business support.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, Sales Force, and OpenAI.
- Exposure to organisational change or business readiness practices.
In Return:
You’ll join a team that thrives on clarity, pace, and delivering what matters. At Arm, we believe in bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and driving real business outcomes. You’ll gain exposure to high-impact programs and play a central role in shaping how Finance enables Arm’s future.
