Arm is at the heart of one of the most ground-breaking moments in technology as AI builds industries and redefines what’s possible with compute. We're looking for a B2B marketer experienced in AI campaigns. They will handle planning and delivering campaigns from start to finish. The goal is to build awareness, consideration, and preference for Arm across the AI and silicon ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with deep expertise in campaign development, multi-channel orchestration, and technology-led storytelling.

Collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Content, Creative, and Paid Media teams, you will convey Arm’s innovation with compelling campaigns. These campaigns highlight AI’s current impact and the future enabled by Arm.

Campaign strategy & development

  • Lead coordinated campaigns that showcase high-impact AI use cases demonstrating how Arm enables AI at scale.
  • Build clear, differentiated narratives that connect technology to business value and impact for senior technical and business decision-makers.
  • Develop distinctive campaign ideas that help Arm stand out in a highly driven and technical market.
  • Combine proof points, insight, and storytelling to develop relevant, audience-first campaign activations.
  • Partner with creative teams to translate strategy into ambitious, high-impact executions.

Campaign orchestration 

  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning through to execution and optimization.
  • Ensure the cohesive experience across all touchpoints, collaborating with teams across the marketing organization.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns through data-driven insights.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience in technology, semiconductor or AI sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, including audience needs, channels, and messaging.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record leading multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with equivalent experience also accepted.

Skills 

  • Experience translating sophisticated technology into compelling, audience-centred campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret insights from marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Salary Range:

£70,200 - £95,000 per year
