Job Overview:
The Project Memory Manager will lead cross-functional planning, execution, and strategic coordination of memory solutions across Cloud AI, Physical AI, and Edge AI platforms. This role is responsible for driving alignment between engineering, product, operations, supply chain, ecosystem partners, and key memory suppliers to ensure successful product execution, scalable supply continuity, and optimized memory roadmaps.
The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor industry knowledge with strong program management and supplier engagement experience, particularly across DRAM, NAND, and emerging memory technologies supporting AI workloads.
Responsibilities:
Memory Strategy & Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end memory planning and execution for Cloud AI, Physical AI, and Edge AI programs
- Drive alignment between product roadmaps, engineering requirements, and memory supply strategies
- Develop program timelines, dependency tracking, and execution plans to support platform launches
- Identify and mitigate supply, validation, and qualification risks
- Support long-range planning for next-generation memory technologies and needs
Supplier & Ecosystem Engagement
- Manage strategic engagement with key memory suppliers and ecosystem partners
- Coordinate technical and business discussions aligned to company objectives
- Drive executive-level communication and escalation management when needed
- Build supplier relationships to improve responsiveness, visibility, and efficiency
- Monitor supplier roadmaps, allocation risks, and industry trends
Sampling, Validation & Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate engineering samples, validation schedules, and qualification activities
- Partner with engineering, platform architecture, and operations teams to ensure execution readiness
- Track milestones, dependencies, and issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure supplier memory readiness aligns with AI product launch and schedules
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Lead coordination across BUs, operations, sourcing, engineering & product teams
- Establish clear communication frameworks, governance processes, and reporting
- Drive accountability through action tracking, risk management, and status reporting
- Facilitate executive reviews and decision-making processes related to memory
Forecasting, Capacity & Supply Planning
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and memory allocation management
- Partner with supply chain teams to evaluate capacity scenarios and risks
- Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and supplier capabilities to inform strategic decisions
- Help ensure sustained revenue growth without memory-related constraints
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field required
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI hardware, memory, or supply chain industries
- Strong experience managing complex cross-functional programs and supplier engagements
- Experience working directly with major memory suppliers strongly preferred
- Experience supporting Cloud AI, Edge AI, automotive AI, robotics, or physical AI ecosystems preferred
Technical & Business Skills:
- Understanding of DRAM, NAND, HBM, SSD, and emerging AI memory technologies
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor supply chains and AI hardware ecosystems
- Experience with demand forecasting, planning, and supply risk management
- Strong program management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence executives, engineering, operations, and supplier organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments
Tools & Systems
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, program trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Familiarity with supply chain planning and forecasting systems preferred

Salary Range:
