We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join Arm’s Design Implementation Readiness team, part of Productivity Engineering group. This team ensures that Arm IPs are prepared for physical implementation flows, enabling teams responsible of synthesis, place-and-route and SoC integration to work efficiently and deliver high-quality silicon. You will help develop automation, run readiness checks, and collaborate with product groups to improve IP delivery.
In the beginning of 2026 we are moving to Teknostallen to brand-new premises to provide our people with a modern and flexible work environment in a vibrant area known for innovation, research, and technology.
What you could be doing as a Graduate Engineer?
- Running and improving implementation readiness flows such as synthesis, static checks, and power, performance & area analysis.
- Developing scripts and automation to reduce manual effort and increase flow efficiency.
- Collaborating with design and physical implementation teams to identify issues and improve methodologies.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold (or are on track to hold) a Masters or PhD degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject by the programme start date.
- Have an interest in digital hardware design and implementation flows.
- Enjoy problem-solving and working in a collaborative technical environment.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Familiarity with RTL design and hardware description languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL).
- Exposure to EDA tools for synthesis, static timing, or physical design.
- Programming or scripting experience (Python, TCL, or Shell).
Additional Information
We encourage early applications as we review them on a first come/first served basis. Please apply as soon as you feel ready. Please provide an academic transcript as part of your application.
