Job Overview:
This position provides a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the GPU Hardware leadership team; defining, developing and delivering the future GPU Hardware roadmap. The role includes responsibility for providing strong leadership to GPU Hardware Engineering’s multisite teams, encompassing design, verification and implementation skills!
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to shaping the GPU Hardware strategy and execution, ensuring that the team’s efforts are aligned with Arm’s broader vision for GPU technology. The position will require periodic travel to Arm and customer sites.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of the GPU Hardware leadership team, you will lead a diverse, multisite organisation spanning design, verification and implementation! You’ll develop, mentor and scale teams while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous growth. This includes overseeing hiring, retention, career development and succession planning to ensure the team remains inspired, capable and future-ready.
You will drive delivery across projects and locations, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are managed effectively. Working closely with other GPU and Arm functions, you’ll translate group-level goals into clear strategies and executable roadmaps that challenge assumptions and unlock new opportunities. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll evolve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and quality, while promoting collaboration across teams. Finally, you will represent GPU Hardware Engineering with internal and external partners, building trusted relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication at all levels.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Hardware IP development.
- Experience in leading, growing and managing engineering teams.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, empower and develop talent at scale to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience building roadmap scenarios to support strategic and technical direction setting.
