This is a rare opportunity to shape how a critical part of Arm executes on the future of computing—working at the intersection of hardware and software innovation, and influencing how we deliver for a global developer ecosystem.

Our team's mission is to help developers achieve peak performance through actionable insights and real-world best practices. We obsess over performance per watt, while enabling high-velocity, low-friction development spanning Cloud, Edge and Physical AI platforms.

You will operate as the execution lead for the Observe & Accelerate team with a portfolio of developer solutions including Arm Performix —working directly for the leader and their leadership team to translate strategy into execution, and defining how we deliver at scale.

You shall be known for tenacity and follow-through, not just coordination.

Job Overview:

As part of the Observe & Accelerate leadership team, you will be highly visible leading execution across multiple teams and domains—bringing clarity, pace, and alignment to complex, high-impact initiatives.

You will build and operate the mechanisms that enable teams to deliver with confidence, while continuously improving how the organisation works.

Are you motivated to lead teams through ambiguity, raise the bar for execution, and create momentum where it doesn’t yet exist?

Responsibilities:

  • Drive predictable delivery at scale: Establish and evolve mechanisms that make delivery fast, measurable and transparent with continuous improvement (e.g. forecasting accuracy, flow metrics, risk burn-down)
  • Lead cross-team execution: Proactively identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and misalignment before they impact delivery
  • Enable high-quality decision-making: Create clear, trusted reporting that gives leadership real-time insight into progress, risks, and trade-offs
  • Establish operational excellence: Build and embed an effective operating rhythm across teams (planning, reviews, retrospectives, governance) driving continual improvement and removing friction.
  • Translate strategy into execution: Partner across product, engineering, and ecosystem leadership to align priorities and ensure delivery maps cleanly to strategic outcomes
  • Drive execution across the stack: Lead initiatives spanning developer tooling (e.g. Performix), developer workflows, and cross-stack optimisation from hardware through to cloud and AI workloads
  • Scale AI-enabled ways of working: Introduce and embed AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual overhead, improve insight quality, and accelerate delivery

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Proven track record of leading the successful delivery of technical initiatives, with measurable improvements in predictability, speed, or quality
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs across a full-stack system (hardware, firmware, and software)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, and experience influencing engineering teams through to senior leadership
  • Practical experience using data and AI-assisted tools (e.g. copilots, LLMs, workflow automation) to improve delivery and decision-making

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Background or experience with one or more of the following: developer tooling, open-source ecosystems, performance optimisation, systems engineering, or low-level software/hardware interaction
  • Experience working across multiple layers of the stack (e.g. hardware, firmware, systems software, or cloud services), with an appreciation for co-design and performance optimisation
