We seek a talented individual to join the Arm Automotive Quality Team for a 12-month internship.
What you could be doing as an Automotive Quality Intern?
- Drive excellence and engagement by collaborating with engineering and business teams.
- Generate and analyse data to ensure proactive quality measures and risk management.
- Coordinate delivery of training courses and events.
- Lead improvement initiatives working together with the diverse worldwide engineering community.
- Support the optimization of delivery processes in the development of safety-critical and cybersecurity products.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Enrolled and studying towards a Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PHD) in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management. Other degree subjects will be considered with relevant passion and/ or experience.
- Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
- Python, scripting, coding experience
- Passionate about driving improvement.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyse data and draw relevant insights.
- Naturally curious, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to focus with high attention to detail.
- Any further experience in Automotive, Functional Safety and Cybersecurity is desirable but not essential.
Opportunities to support your development:
- Training of ISO 26262 and ISO 214343 standards, delivered by Industry experts.
- Training in Quality and Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (Lean Six Sigma, 8D/ Root Cause Corrective Action, and Lean)
- Opportunity to collaborate with functional groups from across Arm (Commercial, Technical/ Engineering, Support Functions)
- Opportunity to lead process improvement projects.
- Practical experience with many tools used in the industry: MS Office, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Python, requirements management tools and more.
- Being part of an inclusive and dynamic team.
- Deep dive into the Automotive development lifecycle, from project start to release and successful certification.

This is a 12-month internship starting summer 2026. Arm Internships require you to be enrolled in a higher education degree and be returning to your course after your internship/placement.
If you are graduating in 2026 you will not be eligible for an Intern role but you will be eligible for our graduate roles. Our graduate roles will be advertised on the Arm Early Careers website.
