At Arm, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to attract, engage, and empower exceptional talent—creating an environment where everyone can thrive and perform at their best. We’re proud to have built a world-class People function that combines human connection with technology, ensuring every interaction across the lifecycle is seamless. We’re passionate about preserving the distinctive aspects of Arm’s culture while continually enhancing what makes life here extraordinary.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a People Hub Coordinator to join our global team on a fixed-term contract, providing dedicated support to the APAC region while supporting local initiatives. In this role, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for our people across APAC, handling interactions with care, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate across time zones, functions, and systems to keep The Hub running smoothly — refining processes, improving content, and continuously raising the standard of service delivery worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Become a frontline ambassador for APAC within the People function, delivering fast, accurate, and compassionate support through The Hub and Live Chat.
- Partner closely with our regional People Partnering team across the globe to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Administer key People processes via The Hub- including onboarding, role changes, leaves of absence, local benefits (including enrollment) and exits.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity within SuccessFactors and digital files, ensuring compliance with regional and global standards.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and data, enhancing knowledge content.
- Provide centralized administrative support.
- Act as a change advocate, finding opportunities to elevate People processes regionally and globally.
- Work with People Team colleagues in APAC to drive projects that make Arm a stronger company.
What You’ll Bring:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and time zones.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are an advantage.
- A customer-first, service excellence approach with genuine curiosity and compassion.
- Strong analytical ability when navigating systems and data to identify improvements.
- Confidence to make recommendations and challenge constructively.
- Excellent prioritization with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines with precision.
- A proactive, growth mindset approach, with a focus on learning and adaptability.
- Familiarity with People systems.
In Return:
- Play a key role locally, whilst supporting and collaborating with colleagues across EMEA and the Americas.
- Work with diverse, forward-thinking minds who care deeply about people, technology, and impact.
- Be part of a culture that celebrates creativity, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
- Gain global exposure to operations and systems.
