Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Event Specialist to join our Global Events team. This role leads the delivery of small- to mid-scale events across APAC and supports large-scale tradeshows and Arm-hosted flagship events as a coordinator. You will own end-to-end execution for assigned programs and collaborate across regions to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality attendance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of small- to mid-scale Arm events, supporting business and marketing objectives through effective coordination of venues, logistics, budgets, agencies, and on-site execution, while contributing to audience engagement and event success.
  • Support audience acquisition and event operations, assisting with registration setup, pre-event communications, and media activities, and managing event technology platforms to ensure smooth planning and attendee experience.
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to support large-scale events, coordinating core operational elements including logistics, accommodation, catering, shipping, session scheduling, and satellite activities, while applying best practices and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Experience supporting and delivering events across APAC, with the ability to independently own small- to mid-scale events while assisting on larger tradeshows and exhibitions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ideally within the technology industry.
  • Foundational skills in event operations and audience support, including coordinating agencies and vendors, assisting with audience acquisition activities such as registration, paid media, and sponsorship support, and using event and marketing platforms to deliver consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Flexibility to travel across APAC and support on-site event delivery, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Fluency or conversational proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
  • Experience delivering events across Europe, and North America.
