Job Overview:
As a Lead in Customer Platform Validation & Debug to work with the Arm Central Engineering and Solution Engineering partners and support the customers with growing demand for Neoverse cores in the Cloud and Datacenter. You will be an individual contributor engaging and collaborating with internal and external partners to enable and support Arm Infrastructure hardware software ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers focused on system-level validation, platform integration, and debug for customer-facing programs.
 - Drive definition, development, and execution of comprehensive validation plan for customer reference platforms, including both hardware and software (firmware, OS, drivers).
 - Lead technical escalations from customers, triage platform issues, coordinate root cause analysis, and drive cross-functional resolution (SoC, firmware, system, software).
 - Interface directly with strategic customers to understand requirements, reproduce issues, and provide clear technical communication and support.
 - Collaborate with silicon design, validation, firmware, software, and support teams to ensure successful bring-up and qualification of customer platforms.
 - Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure project achievements are met in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
 - Develop, mentor, and grow a high-performing validation & debug engineering team.
 - Define and supervise key metrics for validation coverage, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
 - Advocate for the customer and proactively identify areas for platform quality and validation improvement.
 
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
 - 10+ years of experience in platform validation, silicon/system bring-up, or technical debug roles.
 - 5+ years’ experience leading or running technical engineering teams.
 - Deep understanding of system architectures (CPU, SoC, memory, I/O, power), platform firmware (BIOS/UEFI, BMC, SCP), and OS/driver integration.
 - Strong hands-on experience with system validation, debug tools (e.g., JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers), and test automation frameworks.
 - Demonstrated ability to debug sophisticated system-level issues spanning hardware, firmware, and software.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including direct customer engagement.
 - Strong interpersonal, project management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
 
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Experience supporting cloud, datacenter, or server-class platforms.
 - Familiarity with Arm-based SoCs and reference platforms.
 - Prior experience working with enterprise customers and OEMs.
 - Experience driving validation strategy for new silicon or platform launches.
 - Familiarity with validation metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement programs
