Job Overview:
Join Arm as a Graduate Software and Automation Engineer in Nice, France! This is an outstanding opportunity to work in an adventurous, extraordinary environment where we prioritize innovation and excellence. You will integrate with a motivated team of upbeat software engineers to maintain and improve various critical processes.
Whatcould you be doing as a Graduate Software and Automation Engineer?
- Support and improve final customers packages creation and validation workflows.
- Improve internal tools for automated execution and CPU design validation.
- Implement and optimize continuous integration and final customers packages infrastructure.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold (or are on track to hold) a University degree by the programme start date. This can be a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or other related specialism
- Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience
- Ability to work in with colleagues with a collaborative and positive attitude and interactive atmosphere.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Python programming and Linux-based working environment.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of other programming and scripting languages is a plus.

In Return:
You’ll receive a starting salary of €45,000 (Bachelor level) or €47,000 (Master level), alongside a comprehensive rewards package. As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognising your growth.
