Senior Campaign Manager, China

China’s technology landscape moves fast. Key opinion leaders (KOLs) shape perception, industry partners influence entire categories, and local developer communities set the pace for innovation. Arm already plays a critical role across China’s Cloud AI, Physical AI, and Edge AI markets. Your role is to strengthen and amplify the impact across PC and Cloud Computing markets.
Arm is seeking a results-driven B2B marketer with deep experience in PC and Data Center marketing to own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and preference for Arm in the China ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with deep expertise in campaign development, multi-channel orchestration, and product-led storytelling. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Comms, and Creative teams to bring Arm’s value proposition to market and accelerate customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
· Strategy & Planning
o Develop China-focused campaign strategy and messaging aligned to business goals and local market needs.
o Build annual and quarterly campaign plans across awareness, consideration, and preference stages.
o Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to apply deep understanding of personas, use cases, and positioning to ensure campaign relevance, consistency, and commercial impact.
· Execution & Performance Optimization
o Lead execution across paid, owned, and partner channels in China (email, paid media, ABM, social, events, web, etc.).
o Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and agency relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
o Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks; analyze performance and optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
· Leadership & Stakeholder Management
o Present strategies and results to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
o Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward shared goals.
Required Skills and Experience
· Proven success in developing and delivering high-impact, integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple.
· 7+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience, ideally in PC and Data Center/Cloud markets.
· Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and full-funnel marketing.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with storytelling and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
· Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.
· Strong grasp of developer marketing for PC and/or Data Center/Cloud, including audience needs, channels, and messaging.
· Excellent project management skills with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Experience managing budgets and working with agencies or external partners.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Highly Desired Skills and Experience
· Knowledge in B2B semiconductor marketing, particularly for PC and Data Center/Cloud.
· Recent ABM experience and enterprise marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
· Ability to interpret insights from marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems.
· Past experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across APAC markets beyond China.
