Arm is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to join our External Communications team in San Jose, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive Arm’s corporate, policy, and issues communications strategies, shaping public narratives at the intersection of technology, regulation, and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic communicator with strong media instincts, sound tech industry and policy savvy, and experience navigating complex issues.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, this role will lead initiatives that strengthen Arm’s reputation among investors, partners, policymakers, and other key collaborators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated communications strategies that support Arm’s business goals and objectives, and corporate communications priorities
- Serve as the communications lead for high-visibility initiatives and issues spanning multiple areas, including operations, government relations and corporate crises
- Craft compelling messaging, content and media materials, including press statements, op-eds and talking points that position Arm as a thoughtful voice on technology and innovation
- Provide strategic counsel on emerging issues and support executive presence at key industry forums
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across communications, government affairs, and internal messaging
- Report media and regulatory developments; proactively assess potential impacts to Arm’s brand and provide insights to leadership
- Establish critical metrics and deliver regular reporting on campaign performance and sentiment trends
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of proven experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or policy communications, ideally within the technology sector
- Deep understanding of public policy and regulatory issues related to AI, semiconductors or related domains
- Strong background in media engagement and issues management
- Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
- Ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for both business and policy audiences
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leaders
- Resourceful self-starter in a fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Salary Range:
