- Partner with the CFO, CEO Office, and senior functional leaders to support enterprise-level priorities, including growth, cost difficulty, and capital allocation.
- Act as a connector across Business Unit finance teams, ensuring consistency, alignment, and transparency of financial narratives.
- Provide independent, data-driven challenge on investments, resource allocation, and performance outcomes.
- Support external-facing financial narratives in partnership with Investor Relations and senior finance leadership.
Team Leadership and Organizational Build
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across planning, consolidation, systems, and operational finance.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across the finance organization.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, establishing a team capable of operating at enterprise scale.
