A significant part of Arm’s work in Lund involves developing our Neural Processing Units (NPUs). These accelerators run machine learning algorithms for next-generation mobile apps, smart devices, home automation, self-driving cars, and more! Whatyou could be doing as a Master Thesis Student?
Here are our current hardware verification projects:
- Graph-Based Analysis of Hardware Verification Stimuli– Investigate how structural patterns and relationships in directed attributed graphs can reveal insights into verification coverage, anomalies, and diversity.
- Constraint-Based Graph Generation for Hardware Task Orchestration– Investigate solver-based methods to efficiently generate valid and diverse control graphs for configurable hardware orchestrators.

We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Masters Degree.
- A strong interest in hardware verification.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and solid math skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Affiliated with a Swedish university/college (including exchange programs).
