Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality & Reliability Engineer to support SoC qualification and reliability validation activities for advanced semiconductor products. The role involves coordinating qualification system board design, working with test engineers on system bring-up and debug, managing communication and sample logistics with external reliability vendors, and supporting occasional onsite sample handling activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, diligent, and comfortable working across cross-functional engineering and operational tasks in a dynamic global setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support SoC qualification and reliability validation activities for advanced semiconductor products.
- Coordinate HTOL system board design activities with internal hardware and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with test engineers on HTOL system bring-up, debug, and validation execution.
- Manage communication, scheduling, and sample logistics with external reliability test vendors and laboratories.
- Support onsite reliability operations, including occasional hands-on sample replacement and hardware handling tasks.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability, qualification, validation, or related engineering roles.
- Familiarity with SoC qualification and reliability testing concepts.
- Experience working with hardware/system boards, lab bring-up, and debugging activities.
- Good coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to support onsite operational tasks when required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Experience in system board design and development for semiconductor validation or qualification applications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HTOL board bring-up, debugging, and failure troubleshooting is a plus.
- Familiarity with SoC package reliability concepts and qualification experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SoC test methodology, test patterns, and semiconductor production flow is a plus.
