THE OPPORTUNITY

At Arm, we're building the future of computing and sustainability is an important part of that journey.

We're looking for a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to strengthen how we measure, manage and communicate our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. This role will help build a finance-grade sustainability reporting capability that supports customers, investors and regulators while enabling better business decisions.

Working across Sustainability, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Procurement, IT and People teams, this role will strengthen ESG data, governance and disclosures while helping Arm respond to an evolving regulatory landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the delivery of key sections of Arm's annual sustainability report and external ESG disclosures.
  • Improve ESG data quality, governance and business processes.
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams to strengthen controls and support external assurance.
  • Help modernise sustainability reporting through automation, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Monitor emerging reporting requirements and translate them into practical business improvements.
  • Support materiality assessments and contribute to future sustainability priorities.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Arm and provide practical guidance on ESG disclosure.

WHAT COULD HELP YOU SUCCEED

Success in this role comes from curiosity, collaboration and a passion for continuous improvement.

We know that no candidate will have every skill or experience listed below. If this opportunity excites you and your experience aligns with many of these areas, we'd love to hear from you.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

  • Sustainability reporting, financial reporting or ESG assurance.
  • Familiarity with reporting frameworks such as ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, GRI or TCFD.
  • External corporate reporting within a multinational organisation or professional services environment.
  • Working with complex datasets and reporting systems.
  • Governance, controls or assurance processes.
  • Building effective partnerships across different business functions.
  • Using technology to improve data quality and business processes.

Experience with greenhouse gas reporting, external assurance or a Big Four environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
