We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Senior Manager of Talent Management to evolve our talent processes to be best-in-class.

In this role you will collaborate with senior leadership, the People Team, and key partners to design and deliver impactful processes that elevate talent, strengthen our 10x company culture, and align talent strategies with business goals.

You will upgrade and handle critical talent processes that fuel our 10x culture, embed AI enhancements, sharpen execution, and facilitate career growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your thought leadership, innovation, and influence, to develop streamlined solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management Execution:

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Development, People Business Partners and senior leaders to implement end-to-end Talent Management processes, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and senior-level promotion processes.
  • Provide clear tools, frameworks, and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution across all talent management initiatives.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through independent analysis of operational processes, synthesizing feedback to identify and implement improvements.

Performance & Career Growth

  • Lead our performance management philosophy, process, and supporting resources, covering goal-setting, quarterly check-ins, ongoing feedback, and year-end reviews.
  • Contribute to the design and roll-out of an enterprise-wide career and talent pathways framework.
  • Deliver a scalable individual development plan process that supports growth mindsets and continuous skill development.
  • Enhance our onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated performance.

Talent Review

  • Support the annual talent review and succession planning cycle, identifying talent development needs, gaps, strengths and talent risks.
  • Operationalize bi-annual Talent Review conversations, building tools and orchestrating support processes to enable the People Business Partners to implement an efficient and actionable process with their leadership teams.
  • Design and embed succession planning tracking processes that strengthen our critical talent bench.

AI & Talent Analytics

  • Deploy and manage AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to assess talent risk, strengthen succession pipelines, and advise talent decisions.
  • Partner with leaders across the People Team to integrate AI into talent workflows and elevate our data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Progressive experience in Learning & Development/ Talent Management, with expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent solutions.
  • Hands-on experience leading performance management frameworks and tools, ideally with Success Factors or Workday, or equivalent.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives from design to execution.
  • Proven success building positive relationships across HR peers and senior business leaders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to engage, challenge, and inspire.

  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
