We are looking for a Principal Technical Enablement Engineer to lead technical enablement delivery across Arm’s Workforce Development programs.
This role will lead a small team of technical enablement engineers delivering train-the-trainer programs, workshops, labs, and technical support for Workforce Development products. The team will need to work across a broad range of technical programs, from AI upskilling for educators to specialist enablement in advanced technologies.
As part of a new function, this is a hands-on leadership role. You will provide technical direction to the team, contribute directly to complex delivery where needed, and use delivery experience to improve the quality, practicality, and scalability of Workforce Development products over time.
What could you be doing as a Principal Technical Enablement Engineer?
- Lead a small technical enablement team delivering Workforce Development programs
- Deliver and oversee train-the-trainer programs, instructor enablement sessions, workshops, labs, and applied technical activities
- Provide senior technical leadership during complex partner, hub, or institutional deployments
- Work directly with instructors, partners, and technical stakeholders to support successful delivery
- Guide technical enablement engineers on delivery quality, technical depth, adaptability, and issue resolution
- Support the setup and delivery of hands-on labs, practical activities, and project-based learning
- Help the team adapt delivery approach across different audiences, from educators building AI fluency to specialists developing advanced technical capability
- Identify delivery risks, technical gaps, and operational issues during rollout
- Use feedback from live delivery to identify improvements to Workforce Development programs, materials, labs, and delivery assumptions
- Work with product, partnerships, and program colleagues to plan delivery activity across markets
We are looking for individuals with:
- Strong technical background in Arm technologies, embedded systems, SoC, AI/ML, software enablement, or related domains
- Experience delivering technical enablement, technical training, developer enablement, field applications support, or similar programs
- Experience leading technical delivery teams or providing technical direction to engineers
- Strong experience with train-the-trainer, instructor enablement, technical workshops, labs, or partner-facing technical programs
- Ability to operate as both a technical lead and a hands-on contributor
- Ability to adapt technical delivery for different audiences, levels, and cultural contexts
- Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, instructors, partners, and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a developing function where priorities, processes, and delivery models are still evolving
- Ability to make progress in ambiguous environments and solve practical delivery problems as they arise
- An engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
You will play a key role in building and leading Arm’s technical enablement delivery capability for Workforce Development. Your work will help ensure that programs are delivered with technical credibility, adaptability, and practical impact across different markets and audience
