Job Overview

This position presents an exceptional chance to leverage your expertise and create a meaningful influence. We seek an individual who can deliver a diverse array of internal audit assurance reviews and providing consulting advisory support. You will assume a pivotal role in assisting the business throughout its risk and controls maturity journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan and and deliver audit assignments using agile and rapid audit methodologies.
  • Write clear and concise audit reports.
  • Understand and communicate the impact of audit findings to stakeholders, detailing root cause and associated risks.
  • Provide value add recommendations to the business to improve controls and processes.
  • Perform follow-up of management actions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build trust, credibility, and long-lasting working relationships.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the function (i.e. data analytics and automation).

Required Skills and Experience

  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
  • The ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement.

Nice to have skills and experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
