Job Overview
This position presents an exceptional chance to leverage your expertise and create a meaningful influence. We seek an individual who can deliver a diverse array of internal audit assurance reviews and providing consulting advisory support. You will assume a pivotal role in assisting the business throughout its risk and controls maturity journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan and and deliver audit assignments using agile and rapid audit methodologies.
- Write clear and concise audit reports.
- Understand and communicate the impact of audit findings to stakeholders, detailing root cause and associated risks.
- Provide value add recommendations to the business to improve controls and processes.
- Perform follow-up of management actions.
- Engage with stakeholders to build trust, credibility, and long-lasting working relationships.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the function (i.e. data analytics and automation).
Required Skills and Experience
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills and time management.
- The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
- The ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement.
