Working in close partnership with a dedicated Software Architect, you will focus on creating the conditions for engineering success—empowering your team, ensuring clear communication with internal and external partners, and driving delivery excellence. Your work will directly support Arm’s mission of enabling trusted, high-reliability solutions across automotive, industrial, and other safety-critical markets.

Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a key communication hub between the engineering team, Customer Support, Technical Authors and other development teams in Arm delivering into the project.
- Engage with external suppliers, toolchain partners, and customers to ensure alignment of expectations and timelines.
Delivery Excellence
- Supported by the Scrum Master and the Project Manager, own the planning, tracking, and coordination of delivery activities, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Champion good engineering practices—testing, documentation, traceability, and continuous improvement—without needing to lead technical design.

Required Skills and Experience
- Several years of experience leading software engineering teams and developing people’s skills, confidence, and performance.
