Senior AI Content Producer (Video, Social & Creator Content)

As a member of Arm's Product Creative organization, you will help scale the creation of product-focused content across video, social media, creator programs, and digital channels.

This role combines content production, video editing, AI-powered content workflows, and audience-focused storytelling. Working closely with Product Promotion, Creative, Social, Communications, and Demo teams, you will build content that helps showcase Arm technology to global audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit, and publish video content across social, digital, event, and campaign channels.
  • Create product-focused content including demo videos, explainers, launch assets, behind-the-scenes content, and creator-style storytelling.
  • Develop content optimized for YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, short-form video platforms, and emerging channels.
  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to improve production speed, scale, and quality.
  • Collection and edit content from product launches, executive events, partner activities, and demonstrations.
  • Partner with Social, Product Marketing, Creative, and Communications teams to support key campaigns and product launches.
  • Help establish repeatable AI-native content production workflows across the organization.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required Experience

  • Experience producing and editing video content for digital, social, or marketing channels.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and modern video production workflows.
  • Experience creating social-first content and short-form video.
  • Strong storytelling, video editing, and content planning skills.
  • Experience leading multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Runway, ComfyUI, Flux, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar AI content tools.
  • Experience supporting technology, AI, semiconductor, software, or developer-focused organizations.
  • Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, podcasts, or social media programs.
  • Familiarity with analytics and content performance measurement.

Salary Range:

£122,900 - £166,300 per year
