This role is intentionally encouraging rather than directive, focusing on process expertise, execution hygiene, coordination, and tracking.
The TPM in this role acts as a subject-matter expert in program processes, tools, and execution flow, helping ensure the SoC Lead TPM’s direction is translated into well-organized, consistently performed day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the SoC Lead TPM by implementing and maintaining the program’s operational backbone
Apply deep knowledge of program processes, flows, and governance to help keep execution aligned and on track
Serve as the program’s primary organizer and follow-up driver, ensuring actions, decisions, and commitments are supervised and closed
Own program operations mechanics, including:
Jira project and ticket administration, hygiene, reporting, and follow-up
Setup and facilitation of triage sessions, bug scrums, and execution syncs
Maintenance of schedules, achievement trackers, RAID logs, and dashboards
Provide schedule tracking and status transparency, flagging issues and slippage to the SoC Lead TPM
Ensure adherence to company-level Development Lifecycle Management (DLM) processes, monitoring required artifacts, reviews, and approvals
Assist the Lead TPM in organizing formal reviews and milestone signoff, ensuring readiness, completeness, and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional communication by scheduling forums, capturing notes, and driving follow-ups
Act as the program interface to IT and tooling teams, managing access (ACLs), systems, and infrastructure needs
Maintain program repositories, documentation, and shared workspaces
Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure teams have timely access to tools and information
What We Need To See
- Experience in program operations, project coordination, or TPM support roles
- Solid understanding of program management processes, flows, and governance models
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tracking tools, including triage and reporting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to initiate, track, and follow up on actions across teams
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Comfort working in a supporting role within a matrixed environment
Success Criteria
Program execution remains organized, visible, and disciplined
Actions, risks, and issues are consistently tracked and closed
DLM requirements and reviews are completed on time and without gaps
The SoC Lead TPM has high-confidence execution visibility
Engineering teams experience smooth, low-friction execution operations
