Job Overview:
This is a great opportunity to join Arm's Solutions Test Team working with emerging process technologies and the latest offerings across Cloud, Infra, IoT, Auto segments! The test team works closely with IP, SoC Design, Product and Systems teams throughout the company, to represent test engineering and drive test capability development within Arm. You will play a key role in preparing Arm and our partners for how to address production, Characterization challenges in areas like 2.5D/3DIC and sub-3nm nodes. The role requires execution oriented engineering focus across areas such as: Test Strategy, ATE SW/HW planning/execution, bring-up/characterization/production, and test data capture/correctness/reporting!
Responsibilities:
- Drive test strategy development for upcoming projects
- Develop/implement ATE production/characterization plan
- Owns ATE test program development, including:
- Test method source code for test types (ATPG/Scan, MBIST, HSIO, Sensors, Functional, etc)
- Test flow development, including implementation of binning strategy
- Test program revision control framework (ie SVN, git, etc)
- Pattern conversion flow
- Guide ATE test HW development (in collaboration with vendors), including wafer probe card, loadboard/socket, and thermal control interface
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of ATE (Advantest EXAScale-SMT8) test program development, including areas of test method/flow development, test bring-up, characterization, debug, and production
- Knowledge in areas of DFT (Scan, MBIST, PHY BIST, etc), fabrication process, product qualification.
- Experience in end-to-end project execution, from architecture to production release
- Strong project ownership and ability to lead external vendors and drive multi-functional teams
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in semiconductor product development, including bring-up, characterization, and production
- Degree or equivalent experience with experience in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
“Nice To Have” Experience:
- Unix, C++, Python, SmarTest, SmartRDI
- Data analysis techniques and tools, such as excel, Tableau, JMP, YieldExplorer, etc
- Experience with:
- IEEE 1149, 1500, 1687, 1838
- Streaming Scan Network (SSN), scan diagnostics, failure analysis techniques
- STIL pattern conversion techiques/tools
- Knowledge of active thermal management
