Play a key role in shaping how we recognize and reward great work. We’re looking for a bold, data-driven Senior Reward & Benefits Manager who combines technical depth with commercial understanding to challenge assumptions and push boundaries. As a senior individual contributor in our Reward team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, technology, and talent. You’ll help us reimagine how reward and benefits drive engagement, performance, and retention. If you’re curious about what’s possible with AI and analytics, and you care deeply about building scalable, strategic reward frameworks, this role is your platform to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead high-impact, high-complexity BAU and strategic reward and benefits initiatives.
- Translate regional and global market signals into actionable insights and solutions, to ensure our structures remain both competitive and compelling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to global People Partners and business leaders. As the regional reward lead, you will both consult and guide others in understanding reward and benefits principles and frameworks, and the impact of pay decisions.
- Bring AI and automation into the heart of how we manage reward and benefits, unlocking new insights and efficiencies across global processes.
- Own the reward workstream in cross-functional projects, including M&A.
- Champion clear, compelling communication around total reward, helping colleagues understand the full value and rationale.
- Coach Talent Acquisition partners on offer development and emerging market dynamics.
What we’re looking for
- A strategic perspective and strong commercial understanding; you see pay in the context of talent, performance and culture.
- A proven track record in designing, owning, and landing complex global reward and benefit projects
- Curiosity and courage to explore how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can reshape reward and benefits for the better.
- Sharp Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and tell compelling data stories.
- Clear, confident communication, tuned for influence across varied audiences and cultures.
- Ideally, you bring reward experience from the tech sector, or strong awareness of talent market trends, particularly in AI/ML. Familiarity with Radford surveys and SAP SuccessFactors also preferred.
