The FPGA team is part of the Productivity Engineering group. We are responsible for delivering and supporting FPGA platforms at Arm, enabling design debugging and the deployment of advanced pre-silicon verification methodologies. The systems we implement in our FPGAs target a wide range of market segments like mobile technologies, servers, IoT and the automotive sector.
Job Overview:
As a FPGA Engineer, you will have the chance to deliver cutting edge FPGA prototyping platforms, based on the requirements of highly configurable systems. You will collaborate with several teams across the world, to achieve the validation goals.
We seek individuals with significant experience of FPGA prototyping, with strong technical skills, a good eye for detail, and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Development and deployment of FPGA images and debugging technologies, oriented at system prototyping.
Automation of the FPGA flows and definition of the methodologies that can be deployed to the community of the FPGA users.
Support for the FPGA users and maintenance of the FPGA service.
Collaboration with EDA vendors to drive requirements for next generation of FPGA hardware and tools.
Required Skills and Experience :
4-8 years experience in FPGA flows based on Xilinx/AMD devices, including compilation, partitioning, synthesis, debugging, timing performance, place and route troubleshooting.
Proven record of accomplishments in design debugging and execution both as an individual and as a team.
Deep understanding of digital design concepts and Verilog coding.
Proficiency and proactivity in problem solving.
Code versioning and review.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
Experience in scripting language such as python, bash, tcl.
