Job Overview:

Focused initially on specialist end user support and solution of issues with SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement and also Logistics General & execution solutions evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to design, develop, projects and maintaining service.

With at least a B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of overall experience in a similar role within a global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year is working with SAP S/4 HANA solutions.

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing L2 and L3 support for our end users
  • Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Providing L2 and L3 support to our end users.
  • Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
  • At least one S/4 HANA Implementation as a Sales consultant and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
  • Good experience in Order & Distribution to Cash (OTC) processes and relatively working experience in order management, delivery, pricing/discount, master data management, variant configuration, billing, and awareness of the new functionalities of S4.
  • Understanding and working knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
  • Understanding of SAP Entitlements and their importance in the overall sales lifecycle.
  • Experience on Integration between S/4HANA and SAP / Non-SAP systems using Middleware.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow and other web-based technologies.
  • Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile!
  • Knowledge on SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS).
  • Knowledge on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP Global Trade system (GTS) and Ariba.

Leadership & people skills

  • You can work autonomously and follow a clear vision from the Technical Team Manager.
  • Actively participate and foster a positive team spirit and can-do attitude.
  • Be comfortable to raise issues and concerns.
  • Experienced working in a global, diverse, and multicultural environment.
  • Experienced with development & Support practices !
