About the Role
We are building design quality capabilities that help our engineering teams deliver predictable, high-quality semiconductor products. We are looking for an Operations Analyst (Design Quality) who wants to work closely with engineers, apply analytical thinking, and help improve how design work moves from concept to silicon.
We believe strong processes, clear data, and continuous learning make complex design work more effective. If you enjoy understanding how systems work and finding ways to make them better, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
In this role, we will work together to define and improve design quality processes across the RTL-to-GDSII lifecycle. You will help establish clear metrics so teams can understand design readiness, identify risks earlier, and learn from post-silicon outcomes.
We rely on this role to analyze data, support design reviews, and help teams translate lessons learned into practical process improvements. You will collaborate with SoC, IP, and operations partners to improve visibility into design health, reduce avoidable rework, and support predictable execution.
You will also help teams prepare for audits and customer requirements, participate in DFMEA and PFMEA discussions, and support root cause analysis when issues occur. Over time, your work will contribute to simpler workflows, clearer expectations, and better outcomes for design teams.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a background in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. You may have experience in semiconductor design, design operations, or quality-focused roles, but we are also open to candidates who bring strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
We value familiarity with semiconductor design flows, basic scripting or programming, and structured problem-solving methods such as root cause analysis or risk assessment. Just as important, we look for people who communicate clearly, work well with others, and are comfortable collaborating across global teams.
If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply. We know great candidates come from many different backgrounds.
Why Join Us
We offer the chance to work on meaningful semiconductor programs while continuing to develop your skills. We provide regular feedback, learning opportunities, and access to mentoring and buddy programs. We believe in creating an environment where people feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know and we will work with you to support your needs.
Interested?
- Are you curious about how design quality impacts real silicon outcomes?
- Do you enjoy working with data to improve processes and reduce uncertainty?
- Are you looking for a role where collaboration and learning are part of the day-to-day work?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.
