Job Overview:

Reporting into the Identity Team Lead this role is accountable for our Azure Identity platform, ensuring it is secure but flexible to ensure our colleagues have the appropriate access to deliver value for Arm.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and run Azure AD roles, groups, policies, conditional access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and identity protection.
  • Integrate Azure AD with on-prem & cloud applications, systems, and directories.
  • Monitor Azure AD issues and incidents and alerts related to identity.
  • Application Proxy Management like Policies, key components upgrade such as AAD Connect and app proxy servers.
  • Handle enterprise applications, app registrations and support SSO such as SAML, Open ID (OAuth2).
  • Support the IAM team on the delivery of the Identity service across Microsoft Identity Manager, Oracle Directories, On Prem and Azure AD.
  • Working alongside the O365 specialist, configuring changes in the O365 environment.
  • Write and maintain Knowledge Articles (KBAs) for technical teams and end users.
  • All assigned ServiceNow tickets are proactively worked on and updated as per the ticket management standard.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 yrs of experience in Azure identity cloud, preferably in Azure cloud.
  • Good understanding and experience of Azure identity and its related services and features.
  • Experience in configuring and handling Azure AD Connect, B2B, Azure services.
  • Experience in integrating Azure AD with on-premises and cloud-based applications, systems, and directories.
  • Experience in using Azure log analytics, service monitoring.
  • Good expertize in Azure App Proxy Management and support.
  • Day to day running AAD connect, including sync rules and filtering.
  • Understanding of Cloud Provisioning.
  • Knowledge and experience of Azure AD/Password Write Back.
  • License provisioning.
  • Experience of setting conditional access polices.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Basic PowerShell and scripting!
  • Understanding on AAD connect configuration, update/upgrade!
  • Experience in Azure B2B technologies, subscriptions and authentication methods.
  • Good understanding of O365 administration and support including SharePoint online, OneDrive etc.
