As ARM is becoming the datacenter platform of choice for a rapidly growing customer base, the System Engineering team’s mission is to drive future system architecture for deployments at scale. The newly formed engineering team capabilities span across system hardware, system software, system interconnect, system management, system storage, datacenter design and performance engineering. The team responsibilities start from early customer engagements to engineering support for deployments at scale.
As an Engineering Program Coordinator, you will operate at the center of this effort, collaborating with Program and Project Managers, Engineering teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Data Center teams. You will lead the procurement and coordination of materials, BOMs, schedules, forecasts, logistics, and cost tracking. You will be a key driver in ensuring project execution across time zones, while building strong relationships and supporting large-scale system development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and material readiness for clear-to-build execution with suppliers, CMs, and JDMs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues, track milestones, and report program status.
- Lead on-site and remote engagements with vendors and manufacturers to ensure build quality and timely delivery.
- Define and maintain accurate project schedules, material forecasts, and budgets aligned with business goals.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) structure during development, production, and sustaining phases.
- Implement and track engineering changes, ensuring smooth transition through the development lifecycle.
- Maintain internal asset database and ensure accurate part tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate system allocation, distribution, rework processes, and change management across programs.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience in engineering program coordination, ideally in server/storage product development.
- Strong background in product development, vendor engagement, and materials management.
- Proficiency in cross-functional program execution across geographically dispersed teams.
- Deep understanding of BOM configuration, procurement logistics, and cost control.
- Experience with factory/vendor oversight and on-site production support.
- Skilled in schedule planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Tools: Microsoft Project, Wrike, Excel; familiarity with PLM systems is a plus
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Background working in a datacenter or server development environment.
- Experience supporting programs from early design through high-volume production.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones

Salary Range:
