We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and assertive Program Manager to lead the end-to-end parts pipeline and readiness strategy for critical memory solutions (including SSD, DRAM, LPDDR, HBM, and related components) across our diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the centralized operational hub for requirement gathering, forecasting, scheduling, and ordering timelines needed to support qualification, bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, test fixture, and production readiness activities.
Job Overview:
This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong personality and exceptional communication to drive accountability across all levels of the organization. Working closely alongside our internal domain experts, you will frequently navigate both horizontal and vertical hierarchies, managing timelines across multiple product teams while keeping executive leaders informed on pipeline health. This is a role for a schedule-driven operator who likes to keep projects moving—aggressively chasing open items, setting a clear cadence, and ensuring parts are secured early enough to meet meticulous validation schedules.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Requirements Gathering
- Partner with internal project teams to identify, forecast, and centralize memory solution requirements (SSD, DRAM, LPDDR, HBM, etc.).
- Build and maintain comprehensive ordering timelines that align with individual product qualification, bring-up, EVT, DVT, PVT, and production schedules.
- Maintain a centralized, live master tracker detailing open requests, owners, risks, and next actions across the entire enterprise.
Supply Execution & Pipeline Management
- Track exact required quantities, part numbers, ship-to locations, delivery dates, and supplier commitments with laser precision.
- Drive the end-to-end procurement pipeline, including purchase requisitions, PO releases, internal approvals, supplier quotes, and logistics follow-up.
- Coordinate directly with suppliers and distributors to confirm availability, expedite shipments, and manage strategic split deliveries when necessary.
Risk Mitigation & Stakeholder Communication
- Proactively identify gaps between project schedules and supplier lead times, serving as the objective coordinator to keep milestones on track.
- Enforce strict vendor-imposed target dates and ordering windows, actively managing schedules and chasing down cross-functional owners to ensure closure.
- Escalate blocked items early to leadership when approvals, supplier commits, or deliveries put qualification schedules at risk.
- Deliver clear, timely, and effective status reporting to both engineering teams and upper management.

- Maintain a centralized, live master tracker detailing open requests, owners, deadlines, risks, and next actions across the entire enterprise.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management or supply execution, preferably within semiconductor, memory, SSD, server, or hardware qualification environments.
- Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to work fluidly "up, down, and across" an organizational hierarchy, influencing independent product teams and driving accountability without direct authority.
- Execution & Follow-Through: Exceptional follow-up; comfortable commanding a room, setting hard deadlines, and proactively chasing owners to mitigate escalation of issues.
- Supply Chain Literacy: Solid experience collaborating directly with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and external suppliers/distributors.
- Hyper-Organized: Laser focus on technical detail (part numbers, quantities, exact dates) and an innate ability to handle multiple parallel, urgent projects simultaneously.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, thorough operator who knows how to keep complex projects moving -- you look ahead, anticipate vendor constraints, set firm internal deadlines, and ensure the supply arrives before qualification schedules are compromised. You possess the organizational skill to run complex tracking sheets and the personality required to enforce schedules across multiple product lines.
