Our team focuses on SoC Performance Analysis of Arm CPUs and System IP build together in pre-silicon environments. Working closely with design teams, we develop best-in-class silicon platforms across markets such as client, infrastructure, IoT, automotive, and AI accelerators.
What you could be doing as a SoC Performance Analysis Intern?
- Efficiently and creatively drive and resolve architectural investigations and performance tradeoff studies across various SoC components (CPU, IO, interconnects, memory controllers).
- Perform workload characterization to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.
We are looking for individuals who:
Hold (or are on track to hold) a Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science Degree (Masters or PhD students welcome). Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Understanding of general-purpose CPU microarchitecture, including knowledge of areas such as processor pipelines, caches, and memory hierarchy.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming language and Python scripting language skills.
- Adaptability and willing to learn how to use unfamiliar tools and systems.
- Good interpersonal skills with an analytical approach.
