Job Overview:
The Software (CE-SW) group is responsible for developing and improving the software ecosystem around Arm's next generation of applications processors and IP. This means working with processors and other hardware technology not yet available to the public. You will join a team of Software Engineers who share a passion for leaving their mark on the future of computing. You will be helping Arm grow and maintain a leading position with the Windows based Large Screen Compute market.

Responsibilities:
This role is about leading a team of engineers to effectively test and maintain Windows Drivers.
Day-to-day activities will include:
- Guide a team of WA engineers to design and develop test plans for Windows Drivers
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and extension of existing testing capabilities (for example scripts to support CI)
- Ensure high automation coverage of the QA process
- Triage, debug and resolve issues reported by internal or external teams
- Collaborate with Window drivers' development teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Substantial experience in developing Windows Drivers
- Substantial experience in MS Windows OS Driver model
- Substantial SW development experience in C and C++
- Experience in testing Windows based platforms’ software
- Experience in Python and shell script programming
- Windows Driver Model (WDM) and Kernel-Mode Driver (KMDF) frameworks knowledge
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and test automation
- Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Developing on the ARM architecture
- Software profiling, instrumentation, and optimization
- Gitlab CI
