Job Description:
The Software (CE-SW) group is responsible for developing and improving the software ecosystem around Arm's next generation of applications processors and IP. This means working with processors and other hardware technology not yet available to the public. You will join a team of Software Engineers who share a passion for leaving their mark on the future of computing. You will be helping Arm grow and maintain a leading position with the Windows based Large Screen Compute market.

Responsibilities:
- This role is about design, develop and maintain firmware testing.
- Day-to-day activities will include:
- Design and develop tests
- Manage and improve our testing automation framework
- Resolving issues reported by internal or external teams
- Collaborate with development teams
- Writing automations to reduce manual steps in testing or development
Required Skills and Experience:
- Some experience with software testing or software development (firmware is plus)
- Good understanding of test methodologies, CI and test automation
- Coding experience in in C (C++ is plus)
- Experience with Python programming and writing shell scripts
- Using Git source control
- Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Experience of software profiling, instrumentation, and optimization
- Understanding ARM architecture
