Job Overview:
Arm’s Solution Engineering group is seeking a Quality Compliance Engineer to drive operational excellence, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering functions. This role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring that engineering operations align with ISO standards and Arm’s internal best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Apply and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards within design engineering projects to ensure processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved.
- Track quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor compliance and effectiveness.
- Conduct audits and support audit readiness activities across Solution Engineering teams.
- Identify compliance gaps and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with training leadership to deliver onboarding, certification, and upskilling programs related to quality and compliance.
- Assist in developing training materials and facilitate sessions for technical and non-technical staff.
- Maintain accurate training records, compliance documentation, and audit trails using centralized systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, or LMS tools.
- Use feedback mechanisms and effectiveness metrics to recommend improvements to operational workflows, training programs, and QMS documentation.
- Partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Design Engineering teams to identify training and compliance needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality compliance, operations, or QMS roles within the semiconductor or design engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and demonstrated experience implementing QMS processes.
- Experience supporting the development and delivery of training for technical teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed, global organization.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, or root-cause analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with semiconductor design workflows, EDA tool environments, or engineering project lifecycle management.
- Background in developing or administering process automation tools or dashboards for compliance tracking.

Salary Range:
$139,700-$189,000 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
