Job Overview:
The Partner Manager is an account-based role responsible for planning and implementation of ARM corporate strategies to explore and develop potential business by considering ARM’s central initiatives and revenue potential. The role requires to have an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape and be able to translate that knowledge into practical business plans that are aligned with corporate strategic goals. You will develop and implement the engagement plan. The candidate will need to build close relationships with internal groups such as arm Taiwan account team, Line of Business, Legal, Central Engineering, and Enterprise Marketing to align the goal and to improve the influence of arm ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account development to achieve new sales to existing customers over medium to longer-term, and improve customer lifetime value.
- Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with each target customer’s buying network and the right decision-makers within it.
- Able to engage at the CxO level within customer organizations and to use ARM Executives when required.
- Working with customer business units, engineering, product management and C level to understand business challenges and identify the best ARM solution for the client.
- Deliver on quarterly and annual booking and revenue target.
- Highly collaborative work environment with ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Have an Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Have a proven track record in Account Management with a fast-growing technology business of scale.
- Shown sophisticated skills in customer relationship and account management.
- Credible technical knowledge in semiconductor and / or high tech.
- Have understanding with outstanding selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work optimally in a cross-divisional and multinational environment.
- A strong customer manager, able to influence and impact for the good of ARM’s partners and business.
- A strong ‘upward’ manager comfortable operating at VP and Executive level.
- An excellent teammate able to optimize all resources; technical commercial, marketing to achieve the best outcome for the customer and Arm.
- Proficient Chinese and English skills required and ability to travel out of region from time to time.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- BA or BSc degree preferred.
- Understanding of SoC business and familiar with SoC market.
- IP business model knowledge.
