Job Overview:

Solution Engineering is seeking experienced technical leads in supporting specific technology integration.

You'll be the driving force behind the integration of a horizontal technology such as CPUSS, GPUSS, SystemSS, Droplet. You'll use your expertise in both program management and technology expertise to lead a multi-functional team. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of high-performance technology subsystems, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project execution

  • Collaborate with Central Engineering technology leads (CPU, GPU..etc), Solution Engineering (SE) technology development, SE power & performance, SE functional leads to develops, maintain, and drives a technology roadmap.
  • Drives the program from initiation through delivery, collaborating with internal and external partners across functions on technical matters, as needed.
  • Manage PORs and ensure on-time milestone deliveries.
  • Monitor key quality metrics, include design reviews, checklist review to ensure design quality.
  • Manage timely resolution of the change requests (features, quality, design efficiency)
  • Manage technical tradeoffs investigation to achieve optimal PPA.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Expert domain design knowledge in the IP technology you support.
  • Knowledge in industry standards, power and performance benchmarks in both pre- and post-silicon environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOC design principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., design / verification methodologies, physical design).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

    • Integration, design verification, Implementation experience in high performance CPU, GPU, SOC Chassis element designs (e.g. Interconnect, Peripheral, Power Management, Security, Safety, PDN ..etc)

Salary Range:

$201,025-$271,975 per year
